How it works
- 1. Log itRecord an observation, incident, or coaching note. The app assigns an ID and timestamps the entry. You add the date it happened, the location, and the corrective action.
- 2. Track itAdd an update each time something moves. Mark each update complete when it's done. Updates stay on the record.
- 3. Close itWhen every update is complete, close the CAPA with a closing note that says what happened. Reopen it later if the fix doesn't hold, with a note explaining why.
- 4. Share itExport a list of open items, or closed items for any date range. Generate a summary PDF for any single CAPA, with your company logo on it.
Who it's for
Solo safety professionals and small contractor teams, a few people per company, who need a clear record of what was found, what was done, and whether it's finished.
What it does, and what it doesn't
CAPA Go does one thing: CAPA tracking. It is not:
- An incident report or investigation tool
- A safety program, policy, LOTO, or JHA generator
- An approval workflow
Who keeps the records. Each company's records are kept separate from every other company's. Exports carry your company's name and logo, and a "Prepared by" line with the date and time, so anyone reading the report knows whose record it is.
